What you will do

• Lead assembly capability and capacity setup for new and transferred products.
• Transfer production lines and improve manufacturing processes, technical specifications, bills of materials, routings, PFMEA, quality control plans, and layouts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on product design reviews, manufacturing strategies, process design, and NPI development.
• Develop assembly processes, fixtures, tooling proposals, standard operating procedures, SAP routings, product costs, and production training.
• Lead product transfer and NPI project planning and execution, including specifications, investment budgets, payback calculations, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate project reviews and communication with business stakeholders, overseas sister companies, and local cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical manufacturing or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing assembly process development.
• Experience with workshop safety, lean production, advanced manufacturing, and process digitalization.
• Experience leading quality or manufacturing improvement projects across multiple departments.
• Knowledge of material flow, ERP, lean methods, production-line concepts, and layout design.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English; English technical documentation comprehension is required.

Nice to have

• Assembly process experience with pumps, compressors, engines, or motors.
• Experience with manufacturing or quality improvement project leadership.
