What you will do

• Develop and qualify transfer molding and injection processes.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, capacity, and efficiency while reducing scrap rates.
• Define process flow charts, control plans, and quality documentation.
• Implement control monitors using Six Sigma tools such as PFMEA, DOE, and SPC.
• Support new product development and collaborate with the quality department to meet product targets.
• Provide technical training to operators and technicians.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection or transfer molding processes.
• Proficiency in SPC and AutoCAD.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• English proficiency required for communication and presentations.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma tools including SPC, FMEA, DOE, and Gage R&R.
