What you will do

• Execute product assembly strictly following production work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel to resolve assembly issues.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and ensure the work area remains clean and orderly.
• Implement TPM and 5S activities to continuously improve production tasks and efficiency.

Requirements

• Vocational school or technical secondary school degree in a mechanical profession.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
• Proficiency in using assembly and measurement tools, combined with fundamental math skills.
• 2-3 years of work experience in the mechanical industry, specifically in equipment assembly.
• Must be a resident of Chengyang, Qingdao.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Nice to have

• Fluent Mandarin.
