What you will do

• Manage assigned purchasing categories, including project and indirect purchasing and related supply network management.
• Plan and optimize purchasing requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to reduce unreasonable requests.
• Handle supplier planning, evaluations, and annual price proposals according to company instructions.
• Ensure on-time delivery of qualified products and services through risk control and monitoring.
• Manage ECN, handle claims, and keep quality costs under control.
• Oversee supplier invoices, timely payments, and monthly performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering.
• At least 2 years of work experience, including at least 6 months of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge and experience in ERP systems.
• Fluent oral English proficiency.
• Awareness of quality systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001.
