What you will do

• Create and implement new engineering designs and resolve manufacturing or building sequence issues.
• Participate in the adoption of new technologies including automation, robotics, and CAM software.
• Plan and improve engineering procedures to enhance product reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to deliver design solutions.
• Ensure design acceptance and manufacturing readiness for all projects.
• Document test processes, analyze defect-tracking reports, and ensure compliance with functional requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Tianjin, China.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to determine root causes of technical problems.
• Proficiency in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) methodologies and tools.
• Experience with product testing approaches and troubleshooting technical issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
