What you will do

• Collaborate with R&D to transition new products from development to full-scale production.
• Define tooling and equipment requirements, including capital equipment justification and qualification.
• Develop and maintain process documentation such as flow charts, FMEA, and work instructions.
• Conduct error-proofing analyses and determine root causes for process variations and product failures.
• Perform internal and supplier process, product, and systems audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing production lines to enhance quality and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in process development.
• Familiarity with new equipment development and automotive sensor technology.
• Proficiency in TS16949, APQP, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• English proficiency in reading and writing required.
• Experience with assembly, welding, potting, dispensing, and EOL testing processes.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
