What you will do

• Coordinate interview logistics and streamline onboarding processes in partnership with Hiring Managers.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging journey that reflects the company's brand.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, boolean searches, and other digital channels to identify passive candidates.
• Develop scalable processes and resources to enhance recruitment efficiency while maintaining a personal touch.
• Facilitate background and reference checks and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with the Talent Manager to develop effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (coordination and sourcing) within a global company, ideally a USA startup.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Fluency in both English and Russian.
• Located in European timezones (GMT 0 to GMT+4).
• Strong accountability, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
