A global digital services company providing software solutions across Healthtech, Gaming, and Supply Chain domains.

What you will do

• Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networking sites to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Apply AI tools to streamline candidate search, outreach, and market mapping.
• Collaborate with recruiters, team leads, and business stakeholders on TA-related research and activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of talent sourcing experience specifically within outsourcing companies.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates in the EU and/or USA markets.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing and outreach.
• English: Sufficient communication skills are required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
