What you will do

• Own end-to-end hiring across backend, mobile, desktop, infrastructure, and product engineering roles.
• Build talent pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to raise the hiring bar.
• Improve recruitment processes to increase speed, quality, and consistency.
• Build employer presence through strategic content, messaging, and an enhanced candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Track record of successfully closing roles in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing ability to generate pipelines without relying on inbound applications.
• Ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency.
• Must be based in the United States.
