What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Talent to align on sourcing strategy and pipeline priorities.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche communities.
• Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Craft compelling, personalized outreach to drive high response rates.
• Screen candidates for competency and values alignment to improve conversion rates.
• Manage candidate data and pipelines within the Ashby ATS.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in a tech environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing for technical roles including engineering and product.
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing at an early-stage or Series A-C startup.
• AI curiosity and experience leveraging AI tools for sourcing efficiencies.
• Familiarity with modern engagement tools like Gem or Juicebox.
• Prior experience partnering directly with founders or senior leadership.
