What you will do

• Drive process improvements and automation to streamline revenue accounting operations and internal controls.
• Assist in the order-to-cash process, ensuring proper revenue recognition and compliance.
• Review Accounts Receivable aging and provide recommendations for allowances and write-offs.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to obtain data for monthly revenue entries.
• Perform month-end close reviews, including fluctuation analysis and reconciliations for deferred revenue.
• Maintain internal process documentation and conduct special projects and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• BS in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong comprehension of GAAP and authoritative guidance.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system with an advanced revenue module.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• CPA certification with Big 4 experience.
• Experience with Stripe, Salesforce, and FloQast.
