Salary: $130,000 – $164,500 annually

What you will do

• Act as a strategic business partner across entities to drive operational alignment and consistent reporting.
• Provide actionable insights on pricing strategy, customer health, and key performance metrics for leadership.
• Manage financial planning, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and organizational financial consolidation.
• Support the technology department by tracking project lifecycles and determining capitalization eligibility.
• Champion innovation by integrating AI and automation tools to enhance and scale financial workflows.
• Deliver robust decision support through ROI modeling and budget-to-actual reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and advanced modeling concepts.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Google Business Apps; NetSuite proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree highly preferred).
• Experience in technology, software, or real estate industries is highly preferred.
