What you will do

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash management functions.
• Manage monthly revenue recognition and general ledger integrity.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes, including accruals and tax estimates.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Mentor and manage accounting staff and interns to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in general corporate accounting.
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting and monthly closing processes.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel.
• Must be based in the United States with valid work authorization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive process improvements.

Nice to have

• Public accounting or Audit experience.
• Experience with Datarails.
• Exposure to AI tools within finance disciplines.
