University Talent Advisor II (Fintech)

University Talent Advisor II (HR): Identifying and building strategic partnerships with academic institutions and diversity organizations to deliver a viable talent pipeline with an accent on campus outreach and intern program management. Focus on developing innovative recruitment strategies, executing full-cycle recruiting, and driving intern-to-fulltime conversions.

Location: Hybrid in Fort Worth, TX (2 days/week in office). Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to promote the GMF brand to students and build a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic faculty, career offices, and community organizations.
• Plan and execute recruiting events, including career fairs, info sessions, and on-campus interviews.
• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Act as a consultant to hiring managers and GMF leadership for talent pipeline development.
• Utilize recruitment technologies such as Handshake, iCIMS, and Hirevue to optimize outreach.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in corporate or university recruiting.
• Working knowledge of statutory recruiting regulations and anti-discrimination laws.
• Proven ability to build deep relationships with candidates and drive intern conversions.
• Strong technical aptitude with ATS, Google platform, and Microsoft Office.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with University/College recruitment and programs.
• Strong experience with executing sourcing strategies.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
