What you will do

• Own end-to-end FP&A deliverables, including budget-to-actual reporting and rolling forecast updates.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, headcount, and infrastructure costs.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to surface business insights for executive decision-making.
• Coordinate quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning with department heads.
• Develop board materials, investor deliverables, and executive reporting packages.
• Automate and optimize recurring finance workflows using tools and scripts.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking.
• Fluency in accounting (GL, accruals, and the close process).
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to extract and manipulate data from ERP, BI, and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, and payback period.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition for SaaS.
• SQL proficiency for self-serving data from business systems.
• Experience automating finance workflows using scripts or AI tools.
• Exposure to consumption-based pricing or infrastructure cost modeling.
