What you will do

• Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts and execute wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Refine and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
• Own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and Capital Markets to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support internal controls, audit requests, and compliance with debt covenants and corporate policy.
• Design and implement new treasury processes as the function matures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting within financial services or fintech.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Valid US work authorization and ability to travel periodically for team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools (PyCharm, Visual Studio, Postman).
• Experience using AI tools like Claude to automate business processes.
• Knowledge of SOX and GAAP compliance standards in the fintech industry.
