What you will do

• Serve as strategic finance partner to Product, Engineering, and GTM, providing analytical support for business decisions.
• Model financial impact of strategic initiatives including investments, product launches, efficiency projects, pricing, and GTM design.
• Track and analyze KPIs across Product and GTM to drive business improvements.
• Support annual planning, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Accounting on revenue recognition, commissions, and expense allocation.
• Synthesize financial results and KPIs for executive and board reporting.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in data-heavy analytical role, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting, ideally with SaaS or consumption-based models.
• Strong data skills: SQL fluency required; Python a strong plus.
• Financial modeling in Excel/Google Sheets; build dynamic, driver-based models independently.
• Comfort with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition, commissions, and expenses.
• Bachelor's in Data Science, Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field (or equivalent).
• Proficiency with financial planning and BI tools.
