What you will do

• Manage 10–15 concurrent customer projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and branch additions.
• Coordinate the full project lifecycle from signed Statement of Work through implementation and go-live.
• Maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and stakeholder updates to ensure organized delivery.
• Collaborate with customers, consultants, and cross-functional internal teams to address risks and escalations.
• Support a variety of project scales, from small upgrades to large enterprise implementations.
• Travel to customer sites for critical implementation milestones.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder management.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel approximately 20–30% based on project needs.
