What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of field service projects from manufacturing completion through financial closeout.
• Maintain project documentation, customer orders, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee Procore inspections and monitor AWS observations to support project requirements.
• Verify invoicing readiness by ensuring all commissioning records and documentation are complete.
• Generate operational reports to monitor project status and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and field service representatives to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Project Management or similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs.
