Salary: CAD 65,000–90,000 per year

What you will do
- Research prospective hospital customers, strategic partners, funding programs, and new market opportunities.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical leaders, executives, distributors, and industry partners.
- Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, site visits, conferences, deployments, training sessions, and customer follow-up.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, partnership documents, and grant, procurement, and government-funding applications.
- Manage opportunity timelines, submission deadlines, commitments, reporting obligations, and next steps across commercial, finance, engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
- Gather customer feedback, support adoption, identify workflow improvements, and coordinate field logistics and resources.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing commercial role such as business development, sales, partnerships, customer success, or account management.
- Post-secondary education in business, healthcare, health sciences, science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, and independent judgment.
- Ability to engage effectively with frontline clinical staff, operational managers, and executives.
- Valid G or G2 driver's license.
- Legal ability to travel for business throughout Canada and the United States without restrictions, with frequent overnight, multi-day, and short-notice travel.
Nice to have
- Experience preparing grants, proposals, tenders, or government funding applications.
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or complex B2B environments.
- Experience supporting customer deployments, product demonstrations, or training.
- Familiarity with CRM and project-management tools.
- Startup or fast-paced company experience.
