Location: This is a hybrid role - working out of our Kitchener office 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Exceed objectives within your assigned territory and deliver hirify.global's unique value proposition.
- Actively participate in outbound calling campaigns and qualify leads from various marketing initiatives.
- Follow-up with existing hirify.global contacts and distribute qualified appointments to Sales Executives.
- Monitor and respond to hirify.global Sales inbox and website inquiries.
- Create and update lead generation emails and phone scripts, and update customer interactions through CRM.
- Complete sales reports, present findings, and conduct market research.
Requirements

- Experience using AI-powered sales engagement and CRM tools, and leveraging AI to accelerate outreach.
