TL;DR

Business Development Representative (EdTech): Promoting hirify.global Products and Services, establishing customer relationships, and providing qualified leads to sales teams with an accent on understanding hirify.global's unique value proposition and managing a sales pipeline. Focus on actively participating in outbound calling campaigns, accurately capturing and qualifying leads, and updating customer interactions through CRM tools.

Location: This is a hybrid role - working out of our Kitchener office 3 days per week.

Salary: $40,000–$56,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Exceed objectives within your assigned territory and deliver hirify.global's unique value proposition.
  • Actively participate in outbound calling campaigns and qualify leads from various marketing initiatives.
  • Follow-up with existing hirify.global contacts and distribute qualified appointments to Sales Executives.
  • Monitor and respond to hirify.global Sales inbox and website inquiries.
  • Create and update lead generation emails and phone scripts, and update customer interactions through CRM.
  • Complete sales reports, present findings, and conduct market research.

Requirements

  • Interest in pursuing a sales career within a fast-paced environment.
  • Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to maintain consistent customer activity and meet quarterly objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and ability to multi-task independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer orientation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience using AI-powered sales engagement and CRM tools, and leveraging AI to accelerate outreach.
