TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AI): Driving growth for an AI-native FP&A platform by building sales pipelines with an accent on high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling and targeted email campaigns. Focus on identifying and engaging executive-level prospects, qualifying leads, and collaborating with Account Executives to convert opportunities into closed-won deals.

Location: Must be based in the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM)

Salary: $57,000 – $74,000 (plus $30k–$35k commission)

What you will do

  • Build lists of high-potential target companies and key decision-makers.
  • Perform high-volume outbound calls to assess needs and schedule meetings.
  • Craft personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit.
  • Maintain a consistent, organized outreach schedule to ensure a steady lead flow.
  • Iterate on outreach strategies and provide feedback on market dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to facilitate the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the Americas.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication skills for phone and email outreach.
  • Proven diligence and attention to detail.
  • Ownership mentality and drive for professional growth.
  • Comfort with leveraging technology and data to increase efficiency.
