Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Fort Smith, AR; Houston, TX; Huntsville, AL; or Kansas City, KS

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Build talent pools and collaborate with recruiters to fill open roles.
• Review resumes and match candidates with suitable opportunities.
• Write, post, create, and manage job opportunities on job boards.
• Source candidates through job pools and recruiting portals and contact them by email.
• Conduct phone interviews, assess candidates, and document qualifications, salary expectations, and capabilities.
• Prepare candidate and job-fit summaries for submission and recommend improvements to talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Basic knowledge of IT and general technical fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong writing and communication skills, including comfort with web portals, email, and customer phone calls.
