Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Fort Smith, AR, Houston, TX, Huntsville, AL, or Kansas City, KS

Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 a year

What you will do

  • Source candidates via portals and job pools to fill the talent pipeline.
  • Review resumes daily and match candidates with appropriate technical roles.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess talent and document qualifications and salary expectations.
  • Write and post new job opportunities and manage listings on the job board.
  • Act as a career coach and ally for candidates within your professional network.
  • Prepare candidate-job fit summaries for profile submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Proven experience in a recruiting capacity.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and general technical fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the specified US locations in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Comfort with web portals and email functionality.
  • Experience in phone-based customer interaction.
