What you will do

• Consult PaaS clients on designing optimal decision automation programs to maximize platform value.
• Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope and enhance platform functionality.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for the continuous improvement of decision automation performance.
• Analyze authorization data and build analytical reports using BI tools to inform stakeholders.
• Ensure client KPIs are met and oversee end-to-end automation success throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles with expertise in driving engagement and satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and proficiency in SQL for extracting insights from complex datasets.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree.
