What you will do

• Own accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly, and month-end customer reporting.
• Maintain and support core solution components (e.g., General Ledger coding, custom fields, order-matching logic, accruals, cost allocation, month-end reporting).
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Investigate and resolve issues across data logic, reporting outputs, and customer deliverables through to completion.
• Use advanced Excel, Microsoft Access, and SQL to manage, validate, and automate data to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Implementations, Commercial, and customers to support complex solutions and deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups) and Microsoft Access.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet firm deadlines.
• Clear communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Open to U.S. citizens.
