What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of analysts to drive execution and professional growth.
• Consult clients on designing optimal decision automation programs and strategic roadmaps.
• Enhance team efficacy through process optimization and AI tooling.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to scope new features based on client needs.
• Translate complex requirements into detailed technical blueprints for implementation.
• Analyze authorization and claims data to build reports on platform performance and KPIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in a data-centric, client-facing role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex healthcare datasets.
• Skilled with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, terminology, and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Nice to have

• Management Consulting or HealthTech experience.
• MBA, MPH, or equivalent advanced degree.
