Salary: $51,600 - $80,000

What you will do

• Maintain and update Confluence pages, trackers, and documentation systems.
• Perform basic SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
• Document data issues, findings, and resolutions.
• Track the status of data quality issues and state interactions.
• Support mid- and senior-level Technical Assistants in issue resolution efforts.
• Learn and apply Medicaid data structures and policies.

Requirements

• Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government (requires US citizenship or specific residency/visa criteria).
• Ability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, healthcare, biology, or a related technical discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience working with CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) or the healthcare industry.
• Exposure to Medicaid data or data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for process improvement.
