Location: Remote within the USA, with an ideal residence in or around Salt Lake City, Utah. Territory covers Northern and Eastern Utah, Idaho, and Montana. Travel up to 50–75% within the territory is required, including 10–20% overnight stays.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 USD base range, plus uncapped quarterly commissions, car allowance, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Promote and sell Renasight genetic testing and Prospera kidney transplant rejection testing.
• Develop the general nephrology market and expand adoption of hirify.global's Organ Health portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with nephrology and specialty medicine key opinion leaders.
• Create and execute local business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize territory resources.
• Represent hirify.global's diagnostic technologies and services as a local product expert.
• Manage territory performance, client relationships, product launches, and market expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
• At least 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in laboratory, molecular, or diagnostic sales.
• Demonstrated success closing sales, growing revenue, managing territories, and driving product adoption through clinical education and consultative selling.
• Existing relationships with nephrology or specialty medicine key opinion leaders.
• Knowledge of academic medical systems and large nephrology-related hospital systems or IDNs.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, collaboration, organization, and independent decision-making skills.
