What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed annual sales goals.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to benefits executives, healthcare consultants, and brokers.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of family building solutions to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage and forecast the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience selling healthcare benefits or healthtech to large employer groups.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
• Experience working with national benefits consulting firms and market influencers.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and conferences.
