TL;DR

Territory Manager (Medical Devices): Accelerating growth by acquiring new business and expanding footprint across key health systems with an accent on driving adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists, EPs, and clinical stakeholders. Focus on strategic selling, full sales cycle management, account optimization, and consistently meeting sales goals.

Location: Remote - US (North Bay, San Francisco, Sacramento, CA territories; extensive travel ~4.5 days/week in field required)

Salary: $90,000 – $180,000

Leading digital healthcare company combining wearable biosensors, cloud analytics, and AI for cardiac arrhythmia diagnosis via the Zio platform.

What you will do

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities targeting EPs, cardiologists, and administrators in hospitals, IDNs, and practices.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans emphasizing market penetration, product adoption, and customer value.
  • Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
  • Deliver data-driven presentations communicating clinical and economic value of Zio platform.
  • Build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executives to drive partnerships and advocacy.
  • Manage sales pipeline, accounts, forecasting using Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years successful sales experience, minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs strongly preferred
  • Proven success in market share capture, new territory/product launches, value-based selling
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within territory (~4.5 days/week in field)
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
