What you will do
- Lead strategic sourcing, RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for purchased services, supplies, equipment, and IT categories.
- Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate complex supplier contracts, and manage vendor and GPO relationships.
- Analyze spend, demand, market intelligence, supplier risk, total cost of ownership, and financial impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams through standardization, process improvement, contract implementation, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reports, track KPIs, validate savings with Finance, and monitor supplier performance.
- Partner with senior leaders, legal counsel, operations, finance, value analysis, and regional stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, data science, clinical discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least seven years of sourcing experience and thorough knowledge of supply chain principles and financial analysis.
- Advanced procurement and data analytics skills, including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with supplier relationships, market analysis, contract law, negotiations, and collaboration with legal counsel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a collaborative shared-leadership environment.
