Salary: $88,305 - $124,479 USD

What you will do

• Onboard external partners and ensure they meet quality, cost, and compliance requirements.
• Lead the supplier selection process and negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions.
• Monitor daily performance and productivity of external partnerships against contractual criteria.
• Design and execute end-to-end RFP processes for all contracts and renewal cycles.
• Analyze partner contract performance to facilitate the approval of monthly invoices.
• Provide training to external partners on hirify.global processes and requirements.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record of developing strategic sourcing strategies that drive cost savings.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in business analysis and project management.
• Must provide non-cellular high-speed internet (Fiber, DSL, or cable) with minimum 30x5 Mbps speed and latency under 80ms.
