Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Salary: $175,000–$205,000 USD

What you will do
- Align sourcing strategies for professional services, market data, and corporate facilities with overall company objectives.
- Embed formal, fact-based procurement processes across all business units to leverage purchasing power.
- Develop and implement category management strategies for select commodities.
- Manage key supplier relationships and facilitate strategic sourcing processes.
- Monitor team performance against established goals and promote a culture of high-quality sourcing.
- Assist with the management and reporting of the Supplier Diversity Program.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of leadership experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Proven experience sourcing professional services (Legal, HR, Financial, IT) and market data.
- Deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle and vendor pricing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and RFP evaluation.
- Excellent communication and influence skills to drive stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in an M&A integration environment.
- Previous consulting experience.
- Experience with procurement business process re-engineering.
