What you will do

• Align sourcing strategies for professional services, market data, and corporate facilities with overall company objectives.
• Embed formal, fact-based procurement processes across all business units to leverage purchasing power.
• Develop and implement category management strategies for select commodities.
• Manage key supplier relationships and facilitate strategic sourcing processes.
• Monitor team performance against established goals and promote a culture of high-quality sourcing.
• Assist with the management and reporting of the Supplier Diversity Program.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of leadership experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Proven experience sourcing professional services (Legal, HR, Financial, IT) and market data.
• Deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle and vendor pricing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and RFP evaluation.
• Excellent communication and influence skills to drive stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in an M&A integration environment.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience with procurement business process re-engineering.
