What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies for the IT portfolio.
• Lead competitive sourcing events, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Negotiate complex contracts, licensing terms, SOWs, and SLAs to optimize commercial outcomes.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and establish governance to monitor performance and risk.
• Analyze category spend and market trends to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance and alignment with priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with a primary focus on IT.
• Proven experience negotiating agreements for SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models and IT vendor management best practices.
• Ability to influence senior and executive leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Must be based in the USA (specifically Minnesota).
