What you will do

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and purchasing practices.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance metrics including pricing and quality.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with fleet management organizations and key vendors.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and support change management efforts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to support business operations.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance, procurement KPIs, and cost analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and purchasing processes.
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel periodically for business operations and supplier management.
