What you will do

• Develop and execute global category strategies for Advertising, Marketing, Technology, and Benefits.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including supplier evaluations, RFx processes, and executive recommendations.
• Negotiate complex commercial, financial, and contractual terms to maximize value and mitigate business risks.
• Build detailed financial models and perform quantitative analysis of supplier cost structures and market trends.
• Manage supplier relationships through performance scorecards, business reviews, and governance frameworks.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to enhance procurement productivity and spend reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience in large, complex organizations.
• Expertise in leading enterprise-scale sourcing for Marketing, Technology, and Benefits categories.
• Proven success negotiating complex agreements for SaaS, software, infrastructure, and hardware.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data modeling, pivot tables, and executive dashboards.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the stated compensation and benefits.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to analyze spend data and streamline workflows.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced business degree.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, ISM, APICS, or PMP.
• Experience with Oracle iProc, ServiceNow, or similar Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Background supporting entertainment, media, or global consumer-facing businesses.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Physical Security, Localization, or QA procurement.
