What you will do

• Execute and optimize the affiliate strategy for Italy to drive direct-to-consumer revenue growth.
• Manage the AWIN network and acquire, onboard, and develop publishers across influencer, cashback, voucher, content, technology, and price-comparison channels.
• Plan affiliate campaigns, promotions, commissions, creatives, and growth initiatives with partners.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations.
• Manage tracking, attribution, product feeds, sales validation, promotional codes, budgets, vendors, and campaign operations.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, Creative, Legal, and regional teams on launches and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate, partner, and/or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of affiliate strategies, networks, platforms, and leading publishers in Italy.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks; AWIN experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluency in Italian is required.
