Affiliate Specialist (Affiliate Marketing)

What you will do

• Execute and optimize the affiliate strategy for Italy to drive direct-to-consumer revenue growth.
• Manage the AWIN affiliate network and relationships with publishers, influencers, cashback, voucher, content, technology, price comparison, and CPC partners.
• Plan and deliver affiliate campaigns, promotions, product launches, and growth initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage commissions and creative assets, and maintain profitable partner relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate tracking, attribution, product feeds, budgets, vendors, contracts, invoices, and campaign administration.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate strategies, networks, platforms, and major publishers in Italy.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks; AWIN experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and optimization skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluency in Italian required.
