Lead Affiliate Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; must reside in a state where the company is registered to do business.

What you will do

• Manage publisher relationships, opportunities, scaling, and results end to end.
• Own the margin target for the publisher book and track performance against it.
• Grow and diversify the publisher portfolio across insurance, personal finance, and other partner verticals.
• Monitor partner traffic and address compliance issues before they become material problems.
• Identify optimization opportunities through reporting and take action to improve performance.
• Share successful strategies and learnings through weekly team sessions.

Requirements

• Four or more years of direct publisher or partner management in affiliate marketing.
• Experience personally owning a margin or revenue target.
• Experience in a regulated vertical such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance.
• Ability to investigate and resolve compliance-related partner issues.
• Fluency with performance tracking platforms and the ability to identify unreliable data; Tune, IntegriShield, and Lashback are used internally.
• Proactive approach to reporting, partner optimization, and revenue growth.

• Deep relationships in insurance.

• Experience with both direct publisher relationships and network distribution.
