Affiliate Marketer (B2B SaaS)

Location: Remote from the United States, Mexico, Argentina, or the Philippines

hirify.global is an early-stage startup using its human-assisted AI model, Orchestra, to help expert designers build and manage professional websites efficiently.

What you will do

• Identify and contact potential affiliate partners aligned with the brand and target audience.
• Schedule partner meetings and manage communication and follow-ups.
• Run the day-to-day affiliate program, track activity, and optimize performance.
• Build relationships with strategic partners and large affiliates to drive growth and revenue.
• Expand the affiliate network by engaging smaller partners and negotiating deals.

Requirements

• English: excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least one year of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate programs and achieving substantial growth.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
