Affiliate Marketing Manager (Prediction Markets)

Location: New York, on-site

Base salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Create and manage promo codes across partners and campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners and onboard new affiliates.
• Own affiliate payments and maintain accurate, timely payouts.
• Manage dashboards in Impact and internal tools, including tracking and reporting.
• Deliver daily performance reports and identify effective affiliate activity.
• Monitor and enforce compliance across affiliate campaigns in a regulated prediction-market environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of affiliate marketing experience; sports betting or real-money gaming experience is preferred, with finance, technology, or politics experience also relevant.
• Strong knowledge of sports and prediction markets.
• Hands-on experience with Impact and other affiliate marketing platforms.
• Working knowledge of AppsFlyer, including P360 and OneLinks.
• Familiarity with SEO, media buying, creator/influencer, and DSP affiliate channels.
• Proficiency with linking and tracking technology and the ability to work independently.
