Senior Affiliate and KOL Growth Manager (Crypto)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $110.4K–$220.8K per year, plus potential equity, bonus, wellness allowance, and US benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

What you will do

• Own and scale the global affiliate programme across hirify.global and Krak, setting partner, market, and investment priorities.
• Build direct relationships with affiliates, publishers, comparison sites, communities, creators, and KOLs.
• Design and negotiate CPA, revenue-share, hybrid, and quality-weighted commercial models.
• Use partner, funnel, cohort, attribution, retention, LTV, CAC, ROI, and payback data to guide investment decisions.
• Build the Consumer KOL and creator strategy, including recruitment, activation, briefs, commercial models, and measurement.
• Protect the channel from brand bidding, coupon interception, promotional abuse, fraud, and low-quality traffic while collaborating with Compliance, Data, Product, Creative, and regional teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience owning and scaling an affiliate programme with measurable improvements in customer and revenue economics.
• Strong commercial judgment across CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and incentive structures, including fully loaded payback analysis.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and growing direct relationships with high-value or sensitive partners.
• Ability to analyze partner, funnel, cohort, and retention data and work effectively with Data to test hypotheses.
• International experience adapting offers, partner mix, content, and operating models to local behavior and regulatory constraints.
• Practical knowledge of affiliate tracking, attribution, fraud controls, abuse prevention, brand standards, compliance, and AI-assisted automation.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated consumer business.
• Exposure to creator or KOL programmes with objectives beyond direct response.
