What you will do

• Translate customer feedback, usage scenarios, and technical requirements into actionable product improvements.
• Build technical relationships with customer architects and engineering leaders as a primary technical advisor.
• Resolve customer technical questions and accelerate integration of hirify.global technology into customer designs.
• Deliver workshops, seminars, training, and on-site support for tools, software, and applications.
• Guide customers through architecture reviews, schematic reviews, design-in activities, and product feature adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product Owner teams to support customer opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Field Application Engineer or System Architect within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with embedded AI applications and working in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong coding skills in Python, C, and C++.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch, Embedded Development Kits, and AI concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
