What you will do

• Define the strategy, operating model, and execution for Corporate Security Engineering within the Cyber Defense group.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of security engineers with strong technical depth and execution rigor.
• Manage endpoint security (macOS, Windows, Linux), identity and access (SSO, MFA, PAM), and email/collaboration security.
• Oversee SaaS security posture management and Zero Trust network access (ZTNA) for a distributed workforce.
• Implement data protection and insider-risk tooling to protect crown-jewel data paths.
• Establish security guardrails for the employee use of AI tools with an enablement-first mindset.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people or team leadership within corporate or enterprise security engineering domains.
• Deep technical expertise in endpoint security, IAM, PAM, ZTNA, DLP, or corporate vulnerability management.
• Ability to build secure-by-default controls and automation that reduce friction for the business.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Legal, and Procurement.
• Must be based in one of the specified US office locations.
