Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite/week at US Digital hirify.global site (Bothell, WA). Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $124,400 – $207,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) services, ensuring reliability, security, and operational resilience.
• Design, deploy, and maintain PAM solutions for privileged users, service accounts, and machine identities.
• Integrate infrastructure targets, secrets, and third-party platforms across Azure and AWS environments.
• Develop automation using APIs, Python, PowerShell, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, and application teams to translate business needs into secure PAM architectures.
• Manage incidents and service risks using ITIL-aligned practices, including root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT, IAM, or cybersecurity (or advanced degree with equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• Experience integrating PAM across cloud (Azure, AWS), on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in automation tools, APIs, and scripting (PowerShell or Python).
• Must be authorized to work in the US permanently without sponsorship.
