Manager, Privileged Access Management (Cybersecurity): Managing and modernizing enterprise PAM technologies to reduce privileged access risk and strengthen least-privilege controls with an accent on cloud controls and machine identities. Focus on integrating secrets management, credential rotation, and automation across Azure and AWS environments.

Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite/week at US Digital hirify.global site. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary: $106,000 – $176,600 per year

What you will do

• Manage enterprise PAM services to ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Deploy and maintain PAM solutions using technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
• Integrate applications, infrastructure targets, and service accounts into PAM services, focusing on secrets management and credential rotation.
• Coordinate the daily activities of technical resources and contingent staff to drive service improvements.
• Develop automation using APIs, PowerShell, Python, and Terraform to support cloud infrastructure and operational efficiency.
• Manage incidents, problems, and service risks utilizing ITIL-aligned practices and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity, with at least 2 years of hands-on PAM experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Expertise in designing and operating PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, etc.) across Azure and AWS.
• Strong understanding of IAM, MFA, SSO, and least-privilege principles.
• Permanent US work authorization required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.
