Salary: $110,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Own identity and access management (IAM) across the platform, including authentication, authorization, and machine-to-machine (M2M) processes.
• Embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, and secret management.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure authentication systems for internal tools and customer-facing experiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to align security priorities with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Develop internal security tooling to support secure development, operational visibility, and compliance workflows.
• Apply industry frameworks such as OWASP, NIST, and CIS Controls to improve the overall security posture.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Security Engineer or Software Engineer with a strong security focus.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, authentication systems, and authorization frameworks.
• Proven experience building and operating production-grade software and secure CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud security tools (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code security scanning (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
