TL;DR
People Partner (HR): Designing and delivering strategic people plans to enable business outcomes with an accent on organizational design and workforce planning. Focus on leading organizational change, influencing senior leadership, and driving AI adoption within corporate functions.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in London (Osterley campus). Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; no sponsorship provided.

What you will do
- Design and deliver strategic people plans to enable business outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape transformation priorities and lead organizational design.
- Manage talent proactively, including succession planning and external talent pipelining.
- Embed diversity and inclusion (D&I) ambitions across all people initiatives.
- Mentor leaders to implement the Leader Model and drive cultural change.
- Utilize workforce data and insights to enable effective business decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience as a People Partner in a complex environment supporting senior leaders.
- Proven track record of leading and embedding organizational change using design principles.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders to adopt sustainable people strategies.
- Strong coaching and partnering capability to build leader confidence in decision-making.
- Skill in using people insights and data to diagnose issues and make recommendations.
- Must have the right to work in the UK ( does not offer sponsorship for this position).
