TL;DR

People Partner (Fintech): Supporting high-performing Central Functions teams by delivering a great employee experience and championing company culture. Focus on coaching managers through employee relations, utilizing people data for proactive solutions, and contributing to performance management and L&D initiatives.

Location: Must be based in London, working 2-3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide support and strengthen managerial effectiveness.
  • Coach managers through employee relations cases to build their confidence and autonomy.
  • Analyze people data and insights to recommend proactive solutions for the business.
  • Support the Lead People Partner in delivering performance management, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of key people programs and cyclical HR processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a People Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting Commercial and Central Functions such as Finance, Compliance, or Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.
  • Proven ability to contribute to performance management, engagement cycles, and management training.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
