What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance System Support team, managing priorities and ensuring high service quality.
• Own day-to-day support for SAP and related finance applications, effectively managing incidents and escalations.
• Oversee month-end close readiness, including critical process monitoring and timely risk communication.
• Manage finance system access processes, role governance, and segregation of duties in coordination with IT.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external providers to resolve complex issues and deliver sustainable fixes.
• Coordinate the quarterly release cycle for finance system priorities, from intake through deployment and communication.

Requirements

• Previous people management experience, including coaching and managing service delivery.
• Experience supporting large ERP systems (SAP experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of finance or accounting processes, operational workflows, and system-related risks.
• Proficiency in support processes, access management, change control, and release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with senior leadership and IT.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
