Salary: $180,000–$200,000 base salary + target annual bonus of 20%

What you will do

• Advise sales executives and senior leadership on legal risk, compliance, and business strategy consistent with company standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, professional services, and Data Processing Agreements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, and Product Engineering to facilitate deal velocity.
• Design and deliver training programs and enablement tools to enhance efficiency in customer transactions.
• Lead benchmarking initiatives to propose innovative updates to contract templates and negotiation playbooks.

Requirements

• Qualified attorney admitted to practice in one or more US states and a member of the Bar in good standing.
• 7+ years of experience as in-house counsel, specifically within the software licensing industry.
• Substantial expertise in enterprise transactions, on-premises licensing, and SaaS/cloud offerings.
• Working knowledge of data privacy, security requirements, and revenue recognition rules.
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
